We are a friendly local pub and restaurant located in the small village of Edge which overlooks the beautiful, picturesque Painswick Valley. The inn itself is a wonderful 19th century building constructed with Cotswold stone and is known for its amazing panoramic views, making each window a true work of art.
While you are visiting Stroud in Gloucestershire we are perfect place to stop for some home cooked meals, all of the produce we use on our menu has been grown locally which allows us to offer a very traditional Painswick restaurant.
To keep the local theme going even further we also always have some wonderful local ales from the Cotswolds, we work hard to make sure that our menu and drinks menu has a wealth of locally produced items on it to ensure that when you eat here, you are tasting the real and true flavours of the Cotswolds.
