About Edgemoor Inn

The Edgemoor Inn is a 19th century inn located in the small village of Edge, we overlook the wonderful beauty of Painswick Valley which offers a wonderful back drop for you to enjoy a wonderful home cooked meal at a traditional Cotswolds inn.

Our windows allow for a wonderful view over the valley while you enjoy your meal, we are known for the view and we also have a large terraced patio overlooking the valley as well which is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink or two on a summers evening.

We stopped at this pub for lunch in the middle of a hike. The food was delicious and came quickly. We did have to sit outside and we were okay with this as we had muddy boots and a dog.

Last minute booking, they fitted us in no issue, on valentine's day as well. Great menu, offering a variety of choices. The food was all homemade and delish! Great view. Friendly staff. Will deffo return!

Very good food, freshly cooked. My friend loved the cheese, onion and mustard tart made by the landlady, and I had tender liver and bacon. We shared a delicious brownie. Good gf and veggie options. Friendly. Really recommend.

Staff not very responsive, ignored my wife friend when she tried to order some drinks and the food looked very unappealing.

Pub Food near Painswick

We always try to work with as many local producers as possible, we have great relationships with many local farms that produce delicious ingredients that we use to create our menus with, it allows our home cooked food to really taste great. We also do the same with our ales, we have some wonderful local ales in our pub that are sure to provide the perfect accomplishment to our delicious food.
