This year, Mother’s Day holiday falls on March 22nd 2020 and should not to be confused with the Christian religious holiday of Mothering Sunday, which also falls on the same day. Mother’s Day is a secular holiday that was first coined in the early 20th century by American Anna Jarvis, in memoriam to her mother and other mothers in her church.

Today, many people celebrate Mother’s Day by expressing a token of appreciation to their mother, be it in the form of gifts, cards or meals. If you’re stuck with something to do this Mother’s Day, read on. At Edgemoor Inn, we’ve put together a list of five great things to do with your mother his Mother’s Day.
