This Easter holiday, families visiting Gloucester can experience a delightful farm adventure. Over Farm offers a variety of engaging activities, including opportunities to interact with friendly animals, enjoy a round of mini-golf, and take a thrilling ride on our quad trains. For a unique perspective, guests can embark on a tractor trailer tour of the farm, try their hand at foot golf, launch tennis balls from our cannons, and bounce on our giant jumping pillows.
Beyond the activities, visitors can simply relax and appreciate the beauty of springtime in our picturesque Gloucestershire setting, enjoying the fresh air and open space. During the first week of the holidays, a mystery trail will offer participants the chance to win a special goody bag.

Easter Trail at Gloucester Cathedral
30th March to 30th April 2025
Gloucester Cathedral invites families to participate in a delightful Easter trail, celebrating the themes of light and renewal. Visitors are encouraged to explore the Cathedral’s magnificent architecture and discover key points of interest by following a series of egg-shaped clues hidden throughout the building. This engaging activity offers a fun and educational way to experience the Cathedral’s surroundings during the Easter season. Participation in the trail is complimentary, and no prior booking is necessary.

Easter Trail at Primrose Vale
10th to 27th April 2025
Embark on a charming Easter holiday adventure at Primrose Vale, crafted for families and children aged two to thirteen. Young explorers can participate in the Easter Challenge, a quest featuring ten engaging tasks distributed throughout the farm. For our youngest guests, a specially designed pre-school trail provides a gentler experience. The farm offers a variety of activities catering to all ages, allowing families to customize their visit according to their preferences. Visitors should prepare for the changeable early spring weather by wearing robust footwear and dressing in layers, as conditions may range from sunny to muddy.
